Erle Dardick is a serial entrepreneur, business turn- around expert and 15-year catering veteran. After owning and running the successful Tony's Deli in Vancouver, Erle launched MonkeyMedia Software to provide catering software, strategy and education solutions to multi-unit restaurant operators. In 2011, Erle authored "Get Catering and Grow Sales! A Strategic Perspective for the Multi-Unit Restaurant Executive."
Erle and his team launched the MMS Catering Institute™ in 2013 as a complement to the services of the company’s software division, which provides its proprietary web-based enterprise software platform, MonkeyCatering™, to restaurant operators.
Erle's passion is helping multi-unit restaurant operators become experts at feeding their customers where they live, work and play.
