LIFE AS A GRILL HERO

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

Our start-up roadmap gives you complete training and support. The program consists of four days online, followed by four more in person.

We also come to you for two to three days to provide you full launch support. After your launch, we provide you with coaching for any bigger challenges to help you reach your goals.

MONTHLY SUPPORT

We hold ‘Monthly Roundtable Calls’ to facilitate learning on significant topics. This is supplemented by our Annual Conference where we all come together to learn from each other’s experiences and ideas. This is a great opportunity for you and your fellow franchise partners to connect and be part of a single brand.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Your typical day would involve hiring and managing technicians, building you local market with local sales and marketing, and handling any required administration work. Your focus is on running your business, and ensuring top-of-the-line customer experiences.
