Leon employs a team of groomers and is in the business of managing groomers, not grooming himself. “My groomers love the fact that they are in the frontline of my business. They are an integral and very important part of my business. My groomers drive their Mercedes Benz corporate branded vans throughout the community on a daily basis and are always meeting new clients and making new friends. This is a great referral based business and my groomers are encouraged and incentivized to attract new clients to our growing client database. It gives them a great feeling of self importance, they have high self esteem and they too just love going to work. In fact I have had the same groomers from the outset. We work as a team and we all have the same goals.”
