They are releasing the results of a detailed research survey in a report titled The Top 100 Franchises Operating in Canada which identifies the largest growing franchised businesses in the country.
“There is a lot of information out there about the US franchising industry, but there isn’t as much information about the franchise industry in Canada. Our goal is to provide information for people to make smart business decisions. This is why we created the Canadian franchising-based survey. BeTheBoss.ca kicked off the survey in December 2013, and 447 franchisors provided a wealth of information on many important aspects of franchising such as company history, training provided, financial requirements, and other franchise information with the focus being how many units each franchise has in operation within Canada. To qualify, franchisor participants had to have at least one franchise unit in Canada.
Canada is a world leader in the franchising industry, second only to the United States. Each year, the industry generates roughly $100 billion dollars in sales. Due to Canada’s favourable economic conditions, it is an excellent place to open a franchise. BeTheBoss.ca will continue to promote Canada as a great place to open a franchise business, and will strive to make accurate information accessible to everyone.
