Premium Brands Purchases Creekside Custom Foods

"Meat processor and specialty food provider Premium Brands Income Fund has agreed to pay $4-million for Creekside Custom Foods Inc., owned by Spectra Group of Great Restaurants Inc. Vancouver-based Creekside specializes in a line of "grab-and-go" foods, such as packaged fresh sandwiches, muffins and sushi for convenience stores."
