Pizza Pizza, Canada’s leading pizza chain, is gearing up for six restaurant openings in the Greater Montreal Area all scheduled to be open by the end of summer. The expansion is a significant milestone for Pizza Pizza and part of a campaign for sustained and organic growth in Quebec.
The first of the new Montreal locations opened in late June and early July in the Verdun, Plateau-Mont-Royal and Laval communities with a fourth opening later this month in Ahuntsic-Cartierville. LaSalle will welcome its first Pizza Pizza restaurant in August and Hochelaga-Maisonneuve in September. These new restaurants are a direct result of the company’s focus on expanding throughout the region to better serve its customers and the community with its extensive menu and quality products. These six new outlets will bring the total of Pizza Pizza restaurants to 19 in Montreal and 26 in Quebec.

Pizza Pizza has maintained consistent growth in the region with traditional restaurants in addition to 10 non-traditional locations in sites that include McGill and Concordia universities, Cineplex theatres, Bell Centre and La Ronde. The company has also made an impact in market by supporting and leveraging multiyear sponsorship agreements with the Montreal Canadiens and Montreal Impact.
The new restaurants will offer Pizza Pizza’s complete menu with a wide assortment of options that include classic and gourmet pizzas, chicken wings, boneless bites, Italian sandwiches, pasta, salads, and more. To celebrate this major expansion, the company will host a Pizza Party to thank new and existing customers for their support on July 27 at all Montreal locations. Fun for everyone, including games, prizes and discounts will be part of the day’s festivities.
