Kristi Mailloux named the new Molly Maid President

Ms. Mailloux is a fourteen-year veteran of Service Brands International, serving most recently as president of the 1-800-DryClean franchise operation. Prior to that Ms. Mailloux spent more than 10 years with Molly Maid in multiple positions throughout the company including vice president of operations.

“I’m very familiar with the Molly Maid system and all the franchisees, so I know the team will be receptive to a potent dose of “What if?” and “Why Not?”, said Mailloux. “We have a great franchise family and I look forward to continuing to build Molly Maid as the premier, home-services franchise.”

Molly Maid is a nationwide network of residential cleaning professionals. Molly Maid franchisees provide free in-home estimates to better understand customer cleaning needs and expectations.

Services include: dusting and vacuuming throughout the house; spot-cleaning of cupboard fronts; floor washing; and cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms. Cleaning teams at Molly Maid are bonded and insured, with all work being guaranteed.

Ms. Mailloux is a graduate of the University of Michigan. She has two children with her husband Todd, who is part of the SBI family as a Mr. Handyman franchisee serving the northwestern suburbs area of Detroit.
