The Franchise Business Review (FBR) has just named Minuteman Press International as part of its 2017 Top Franchises for Veterans list. FBR, which is an independent research firm that evaluates franchisee satisfaction, included the leading marketing and print franchise is its Top 100 franchisees to qualify for inclusion. The firm evaluated 18 months of data from an estimated 25,000 veteran franchisees across 250 brands focusing on the franchisees' brand satisfaction overall and how likely they were to recommend their brands to others
Minuteman Press' franchisees took a survey of 33 questions that covered their satisfaction with and experiences in critical franchise system areas, including operations, training and support, financial opportunity and franchiser-franchisee relations.
FBR CEO and Founder Eric Stites noted that around two-thirds of the franchise opportunities today are average or below average, and that is why his firm works to help prospective franchisees understand what the best opportunities are based on actual feedback from franchisees in those systems. According to Stites, the 100 companies on the 2017 Top Franchises for Veterans list are the ones that received the highest ratings from current veteran franchisees.
Minuteman Press International CEO and President Bob Titus said the company is proud to be ranked so highly by its veteran franchisees and its franchisees in general. He also thanked the veterans for their service.
