Toronto, ON – With stores opening every week, both in the US and internationally, Menchie’s, the fastest growing chain of self-serve frozen yogurt stores, has signed a Franchise development agreement to open stores in London, Waterloo and Guelph.



Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt is already a favourite place for US and Canadian celebrities to enjoy their frozen yogurt. No other frozen yogurt chain has such a large and international celebrity following. According to Michael Shneer, President of Yogurtworld Franchising Corp, Master Franchisor of Menchie’s in Canada, “there isn’t a week that goes by in which someone famous doesn’t come in to Menchie’s. In fact, Selena Gomez recently told David Letterman while she was live on his show, how she loves Menchie’s. Like the general public, the celebrities love our huge selection of self-serve, delicious fat-free frozen yogurt and the dozens of toppings available to mix in.



“We can’t wait to bring the unique Menchie’s experience to part of South West Ontario” said franchisee Drew Eizenga. Eizenga stated “even in colder climates, Menchie’s is still universally loved because we allow the customer to make all the choices and be in control of the entire cost, selection and experience.” Shneer added “these cities will soon see why Menchie’s is the leader in the self-serve frozen yogurt industry”.
