Franchisees benefit from McDonald's established track record in the industry by having access to recipes and trademarks associated with McDonald's flagstaff items.

According to a leading Brazilian newspaper, Valor Economico, McDonald's Corp., the world's #1 restaurant chain, may announce this week that it will sell its Latin American outlets to an investment fund.
