LGI Industrial & Construction Supplies has recently announced the addition of three new franchisees to its expanding network of industrial and construction supply store locations. The new franchise locations will spread LGI Industrial & Construction Supplies' reach throughout the Vancouver Island area. The three new branches are located in Victoria, Nanaimo and North Vancouver Island.

The new franchisees helming these locations are Linsey and Thomas McClure. The McClure's have a background in the construction industry and an experienced track record in western Canada regarding customer service, merchandising and renovation. Between Thomas and Linsey, they've worked with major retailers such as Home Depot and Ingersoll-Rand and bring a decade's worth of business experience.

According to Greg Porter, the CEO and President of LGI Industrial & Construction Supplies, individual small business owners are the most motivated when it comes to location success. He's excited to welcome Linsey and Thomas to the LGI family and believes new and future franchisees like the McClure's are the ones who will help LGI improve and grow throughout the region.

LGI Industrial & Construction Supplies is a vast network of individually owned and corporate owned stores. LGI provides supplies and services to many major industries, such as residential and commercial construction, repair and maintenance companies, local and major governments and even the military.

LGI provides many custom options to meet the varied and specific needs of its customers. Customers benefit from product locating services, product and service consultation performed onsite and customized service and stocking options.

Both customers and franchisees benefit from LGI's vast product selection. The wholesale warehouse currently holds more than 50,000 of the most sought after products in industries such as metal-working, welding, safety and materials. LGI has utilized research to determine which products customers need, so its selection includes both privately labeled and nationally known brands.

Currently, the construction and industrial supply industry is a multi-billion dollar market. Smaller independent stores don't have the reach necessary to get all the products a customer needs and larger businesses aren't focused on customized solutions. LGI Industrial & Construction Supplies fills this need by creating a system that provides independent-store level service with the product availability and selection of a larger chain.

LGI provides all franchisees with training and support to ensure their success. Franchisees are also kept current on new products and developments, allowing them to stay on top of industry advancements and changes that will affect their customers.
