CALGARY, ALBERTA - H&R Block Canada, the
country's leading tax preparer, will welcome franchise owners from
across the country to the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in Quebec
City for its annual convention from October 22-25, 2007.
For four days, more than 150 H&R Block franchise owners and managers will be attending presentations and information sessions at the Le Chateau Frontenac as they prepare for tax season. The annual conference is designed to bring together franchisees from across the country to pool ideas and gain insights into running their offices.
"Every year the franchisees vote on where they want to meet and this year they selected Quebec City," says Bob Lougen, General Manager, H&R Block Canada. "Quebec City provides world class facilities and a unique venue for any convention. Our franchisees are already planning what they will do in the city during breaks in the agenda."
