Lori and Bryan joined Edo Japan as the franchisees of the Cornerstone Olds location in May 2010 and have recently been named Edo Japan’s 2012 Franchisees of the Year.
Lori and Bryan have continuously grown their sales in the 2 years since they opened their doors. In 2012 they saw an amazing 15.4% increase in sales. They also posted company-high Secret Shopper scores of 100%. In addition they are among the highest in the company’s new Net Promoter Score program (customer survey) which shows that customers in Olds love what Lori and Bryan are doing. Their average is a remarkable 97.46%.
