History
Noodlebox started in Victoria’s Chinatown with a small food cart, due to a crave-able menu and remarkable guest experience we very quickly became the talk of the city and the lunch line ups began! From these humble beginnings we opened our first Noodlebox store. We now consist of 14 locations a combination of corporate and franchised owned and are looking to take our strong brand, and passionate customer base into new markets.
Our Restaurant
All of our restaurants are built with the idea of creating fiery theatre. We have open kitchens, allowing the customers to watch as their dishes are being made. From the feel of the music to sound of the woks, we try to entice all of your senses, as we welcome our guests into our homes.
Our Food
Our Food is made fresh and served fresh. We use real food and prepare nearly all of our sauces in house. Being able to customize our dishes to suit dietary lifestyles is important to us. Many of our dishes can be made gluten free, vegan or vegetarian without sacrificing the flavour of the dish.
Our Opportunities
Noodlebox is currently growing in Western Canada, and actively looking for expansion opportunities in BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan. We believe in winning together, and have developed the systems and tools that help franchise partners have success.
