Our founder worked hard to not only legitimize this service, but also put policies in place that would help define home inspectors and their role in Canadian Real Estate. Home-Alyze still comprises two of the co-founders of the original Canadian Association of Home Inspectors (now CAHPI). Our founder was awarded the certificate of Merit from his peers in 1993, for his contributions to the home inspection industry.
