Qualifications

We are seeking dedicated and motivated owner/operators who intend on being active in the day-to-day operation of their centre. Unlike most other franchises, we do not require candidates with specific entrepreneurial experience or industry qualifications. Based on a proven formula for success, we specialize in assisting new franchise owners achieve what many others already have.

After contact, you will receive a Franchise Information Kit featuring:

* The advantages of owning your Herbal Magic franchise
* Colour photos of some of our existing centres
* Initial investment estimate
* Product summary
* Basic franchise application form

Once you’ve thoroughly reviewed the information, complete and submit the basic franchise application form including credit and personal references, net worth, and all required information.

You will then secure the chosen territory by paying a refundable deposit. At this time you will conduct due diligence into our organization.

If your franchise application is approved, you will then be required to pay the Initial Franchise Fee outlined in the Franchise Information Kit. (Grounds for application declines are based solely on business considerations).

Training and Orientation

Much like our successful weight loss program formula, your franchise will thrive on passion, commitment, and personal attention. We will provide you with the tools to run a fulfilling and profitable business. It all starts with a valuable two-day Orientation at the Herbal Magic Corporate Office in London, Ontario. During this time you will be fully trained by our Management team and expert staff on:

* Site planning/centre specifications
* General business and administrative procedures
* Hiring practices
* Marketing and advertising ideas and strategies

You will then be required to attend one week of classroom training where you’ll learn everything about our products, in-store policies and procedures, and best practices.

During your grand opening week, one of our Corporate Franchise Service Representatives will be on-site to provide additional training specific to you, your centre, and your staff.

In addition to the initial training outlined above, Herbal Magic provides support through all stages of your new business venture, including:
