What we are looking for:

• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in retail and/or service business with full P&L (profit and loss) responsibility.

• Passion for retail operations and engaging with people in your community.

• Initiative to drive business growth and enhance team performance.

• Willing to invest in start-up costs. Average minimum investment: $140k per location.

Our Company-owned, Retailer-operated business model offers a licensing agreement between Parkland and the retailer. We provide the tools and support you need to run your business, with the strength of a national brand behind you.

Profil recherché :
