NHance Wood Renewal Expanding Footprint in Ontario
Hardwood floor and cabinet refinisher NHance Wood Renewal has just announced its expansion into several new markets in Ontario.
John Ferreira, who joined the franchise business in October of 2016, is helming the two territories of Burlington and Oakville. According to the new franchisee, NHance is a unique and new renovation industry concept that provides a product of high quality that shortens the job time, both of which appeal greatly to clients. The refinishing services that NHance provides are both green and less disruptive to daily life, says Ferreira, so their clients "rethink" their options and the franchise comes in and refinishes.
New territories have also opened with Ali Shehab in Richmond Hill, Newmarket and Aurora and with Jay Asif in Niagra Falls, St. Catharines, Niagra on the Lake, Thorold and Welland. Jay says:
"Here you can count on unprecedented support, both technical and operational to get you grounded in the initial phase of your business. One of the best career decisions I made signing up with "N-Hance Family" - it truly is a family, where everyone tries to help you and see you grow and succeed."
According to research from EuroMonitor International, the Canadian remodeling market is growing (http://www.euromonitor.com/home-improvement-in-canada/report). With more people spending money on home renovation products over the last few years, the demand for services in this market is even greater, and that is partly what has driven the growth of NHance.
NHance: What to Know
Founded in 2001 in the State of Utah, NHance Wood Renewal offers a proprietary refinishing technique that restores the natural luster of hardwood trim, cabinets and flooring without any sanding required. This service also comes at a fraction of the cost of traditional replacement or resurfacing.
Flooring packages include Basic Floor Refinishing and renewal for floors that cannot be sanded. There is also Hammered Floor Renewal, which is geared toward restoring floors that are in rougher shape. For cabinets, customers can choose from basic renewal, color change and color shift, which darkens the tone of the wood and is often used on cabinets that have yellowed due to oil-based finishes. This franchise also offers renewal services for granite countertops that include sanitation, sealing and protection to help preserve the countertops post-restoration.
The wood refinishing process is simple and pain-free for clients. The technicians start off by cleaning and removing any stains, dirt or grease present on the wood. Next, they restore the wood back to its original state or alter the color to fit current trends or give the home an instant interior facelift. This innovative process can yield hardwood refinishing in just one day, without odor, dust, mess or other major hassles.
NHance Wood uses Lightspeed® U.V. curing, and this unique technology is what cuts down on messes and makes refinishing a real option for busy homes and businesses. Currently, this franchise has more than 500 locations across North America, and it is backed by Harris Research, Inc., the same firm that grew cleaning service industry leader Chem-Dry.
