Pumpernickel’s is a quick-service restaurant offering dine-in and catering services, specializing in deli-style foods, breakfast, salads and soups!

We’ve worked hard to develop and refine a dine-in and catering business model that is easily and smoothly built up by our partners.  We’re looking for like-minded partners with a positive, high-energy attitude and who get excited about our food and want to share it.

Every soup, salad and sandwich is made from scratch. We use only the freshest ingredients and strive to make healthy & creative food.

Pumpernickel’s currently has 11 units in the Greater Toronto Area.  With Pumpernickel’s continuous growth, the company is looking for the right franchise partners to help operate our units.  Pumpernickel’s restaurants are typically 500 square feet food court locations or 2,500 square foot sit-down restaurants.

Newly refreshed and rebranded, Pumpernickel’s Deli and Catering is growing at a fast pace!  With 11 stores and more on it’s way, why not join in on our exciting opportunity? Our training is over a 6-week period set in modules completed Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Through defined territories, you will be sure to develop a loyal customer base who keep coming back for more!  Pumpernickel’s has a main catering office as a first point of customer contact to assist franchisees coordinate catering orders.  As a franchisor, it is important that we support our franchisees to reach their goals and store success! We help negotiate agreements with leases and suppliers.  We coordinate all Social Media and in house marketing to promote the Pumpernickel’s brand.
